"The thing that caught my ear
in USL latest project was the indefinable presence of God that pours out
of each track not to say anything about the musicianship and tight harmony
that makes you want to pull your car to the side of the road and just
praise Him."

"You know I have been
listening to your cd a lot lately. In particular this evening I
rode from Reston to home (about a 40 minute drive) and listened to the
same song over and over again. . .(I Could Sing Of Your Love).
She talks about the grace of God when that truck started speeding
behind her. . .then there is another lady in the background that
starts singing that literally makes the hairs on my back stand up - I
really feel the presence of the Lord whenever I hear that song.
It has made me cry a few times. I pray for God's blessing on the
group!"

"Never before have I
heard such a compelling urban 'funk' contemporary Christian CD with so
much ability to draw me into worship. The fusion of 70's funk(bass)rifts
and 21st century hip-hop flavors provide all the genre and
entertainment I need while effortless bringing me before the Throne of
God. This new project uplifts my soul and fortifies my Spirit to live
from the strength of Christ that is always at work in me. I Could Sing
of Your Love Forever, my inner radio plays it and my voice starts to
sing it, Step by Step as I press in and on to follow Him. I am
recommending this project to Youth and to those in Youth Work. The
music will provide inspiration and enjoyment for anyone who hears it."

"The thing that stands
out to me is the way USL compels young people to praise and worship God.
The key to any successful ministry is the commitment to serving God even
when you are not in front of those who you minister to. ...Knowing Elwood
and Betty for over ten years, I can without a doubt say that these two
people and those who they bring in, are committed to ministry all day,
every day. ...Anyone wanting to utilize this ministry will be blessed!"

"Disc 1 gets started
with a nice Jazzy intro. Let's Rock is the first tune to catch you. A
little later on the group does their rendition of Open The Eye's of My
Heart Lord. Next up is The Air I Breathe. Marie Barnett wrote this one.
It's a beautiful moving melody that speaks of the Lord being everything. USL does a nice rendition of this popular praise and worship song.
Other notables on disc
2 include, Every Move I Make, I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever and the
very popular, Dance Like David, that many will remember by Fred Hammond.
USL places their mark on this tune.
Urban Street Level Live
2 is simply a worship experience. You'll tap, clap, pray, and worship with
them while listening to this project. For any fan of praise and worship
music, this one is a must!"
